Quality Improvements - In a renewed effort to improve our quality and performance, Supreme Legends USA manufactures our products exclusively in our ISO 9001:2008 registered manufacturing facility. Our quality control team performs checks on every part from production to polishing! This helps ensure that you are getting the best quality product we can possibly offer.

Tighter tolerances, oilite bushing, splined arms, and pinpoint quality on forward controls are our investment in your safety. All products (excluding some clearance items) now include an 18 month bumper-to-bumper warranty, including chrome, (less wearable components).

In revamping operations, Bill Rebensdorf, co-owner of Supreme Legends USA, has taken customer service personally...

"In addressing customer concerns personally over the last 18 months, we've been able to get a thumb on things that may have slipped through the cracks before. Customer service has become second to none, and we are happy to report enormous positive feedback from our customers.
In taking ownership of the company, we chose to work hand in hand with customers, discussing concerns, one by one, and making sure to address those issues  promptly, either by redesign, better components, or implementation of more stringent quality policies. Previous design concerns were addressed and improved on every level.

Poor machining by outsourced companies was completely eliminated. All production is being done in our ISO registered facility, under my scrutiny. I'm personally working with the polishers, and visit the chrome facility almost weekly to ensure quality and timely delivery.
We've been taking the extra steps to make our customers happy. Good word travels fast, and bad word travels 100 MPH (mouths per hour) faster.
Though we have an excellent quality product, and have less than a 1/4% total return rate for any issues with our controls and accessories, we feel the designs can be pushed even closer to perfection, simply by addressing the little idiosyncrasies one by one!"
